We are looking for an Assistant Lead Grower to join our team.
We grow a wide range of stock free organic vegetables and fruit in our 2.5 acres of glasshouses. We are the only “veganic” certified farm in NW England.
Along with a large range of organic groceries, our own crop vegetables and fruit are sold via our delivery service which serves around 400 people and through our on-site farm shop.
As assistant lead grower you will be responsible for crop planning, production and harvest as well as record keeping. You will also take the lead in managing assistant growers and our volunteers.
