25th Anniversary Appeal - Update

A quick update on the grant-aided projects that your '25 for 25' donations enabled us to match fund.......

The single span polytunnel, with heated propagation benches, irrigation and misting equipment, has been completed, and the work approved by FiPL (Farming in Protected Landscapes). It's been a battle to get it completed before the end of March, given the spectrum of British weather that Neil and those supporting him have endured during it's construction! But we're there, and a huge shout out to our volunteers who supported Neil in getting the project over the line and to Kirsti who created/revised/adapted the grant application (and so much more!). Our grateful thanks to all of you who donated and made it possible - and to FiPL, who have given us every support and encouragement along the way.

The second water tank, with 50% funding from DEFRA (thank you to DEFRA) - and 50% from your generous donations - has also been completed in record time thanks to Harry and Neil as well as other volunteers - again working wonders in less than optimal conditions!

Again, we can't stress enough how much your contributions and continued custom have been important in making this happen. We cannot thank you enough.
