Using our Delivery Website

This page covers some guides on how to use our new look delivery website, such as updating orders, changing payment details and pausing or donating boxes. Click the relevant button to get the help you need.

This page is a work-in-progress. We will be updating over the coming weeks.

Updating card Details

Occasionally, you may need to update the payment details on your account, either due to a cancelled, frozen or expired card. You will receive an email from us if your card is soon to expire or if a payment has failed. Don't worry if this happens - we do not cancel upcoming orders over a single missed payment, though we do appreciate prompt resolution of any payment issues. Below are instructions on how to update your payment details.

From there, simply enter your card details and click "Save". You will likely be prompted for a code from your bank. If this is the case, look out for a code sent to either your email address or mobile phone and enter it in the box that pops up. For this reason, we cannot update your card details over the phone as you should not share this code with other people. Once this is done, your card details should be saved on your account for all future orders.

If you are likely to experience issues paying by card for more than one week, we can accept bank transfer and in the worst case cheques. If you need to pay by those methods, please contact the office on farm@growingwithgrace.org.uk or by calling us on 015242 51723.

1-A) If on desktop or laptop, click on the account button pointed to by the arrow in the image below.

1-B) If on mobile, click on the three horizontal lines circled in the image below.

2) Click the "billing" button circled in the image below.

3) Click the "Update card details" button circled in the image below.

pausing and donating

Donated boxes will be distributed along our three local partners:

  • Pop-Up Pantry Foodbank, run out of St Mary's church in Ingleton.

  • A foodbank run out of Holy Ascension Church in Settle.

  • A local women's centre (details omitted for safe-guarding reasons).

On top of boxes donated by customers, we also share out some of our imperfect - but still usable -produce' as well as shorter life goods.

It is always hugely appreciated by recipients and ensures those most in need have access to fresh, organic and locally grown produce.

3) This brings up a a full run down of your next few boxes as they stand. Click the “Skip Orders” button circled in red in the image below.

2) That will bring up a screen showing what you have subscribed to and for what frequency (one off, weekly, fortnightly…). Click the “Manage Orders” button circled in red.

1) Click the orders/basket button the arrow is pointing to in image below.

4) This will show you the status of all your upcoming orders and pauses. Click “Skip” next to the relevant date circled in red in the image below. Choose either the "Skip" or "Skip and Donate" button in the image below.

5) You can now see your order Skipped as circled in red, or Donated, as circled in blue in the image below.

If you need to skip your box for a week or more, you can always pause your order or choose to donate it to a food bank or shelter. If you skip, you will not receive or be charged for a box for the weeks selected. If you choose donate, you will still pay for the box which will be given to one of our local foodbank and shelter partners. As with all order changes, please do so by Monday 8AM week of delivery. If you miss the deadline, call us on 015242 51723 or email us at farm@growingwithgrace.org.uk and we will do it for you if you reach us in good time. Below are instructions on how to do so.

view upcoming Orders

If you need to look over which items you have on order, and the frequency thereof, the guide below will show you how.

2) You can see, some items are set to weekly, whilst others are fortnightly, monthly or even one-offs. You can view what is coming for your next three orders by clicking manage orders, circled in the image below.

1) To view what you currently have ordered and the frequency with which you receive produce, click the orders/basket button pointed to by the arrow below.

Note, some custom items may not be available consistently. If an item is unavailable, it will be removed from your upcoming orders.

We update our expected availability and prices by Thursday 5PM the week before delivery and as such, ordering between then and the Monday 8AM cut off is the best time to do so. This will mostly be accurate information, but if we find an item to not be up to scratch, have an unexpectedly poor yield of a crop, or have a supply issue, this can, of course, change.

3) As shown in the image below, you can now see what you should expect to receive for the next three orders.

amend Orders

We offer a great deal of flexibility in what you can order. You may be signed up for a Just Veg Box at the moment, but next week you would like a custom order. Good news; you can do that. You may have tomatoes on your order every week, but need a break from them whilst you eat through the backlog. Good news; you can do that too. Below is how to amend your upcoming orders. As with all changes, please do so by Monday 8AM week of delivery. If you miss the deadline, call us on 015242 51723 or email us at farm@growingwithgrace.org.uk and we will do it for you if you reach us in good time.
